CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 14 days after delivery to return your order on any Original 87ml and Pocket 27ml perfume. Naturally, your perfume has to be in the same condition you received it– unused and unharmed. Original packaging and labels need to be intact and in resellable condition. Some items, such as our discovery kits as well as samples in any given size are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they have been damaged during shipment. Please note that shipping costs for return are on you, for exchange on us. Unfortunately, you can’t return or exchange your perfume at the perfumery. In case you received your perfume broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to hello@2787perfumes.com.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
1. Please Email hello@2787perfumes.com and include your order number, reason for return, your name and phone number to contact you, if necessary.
2. You will receive a confirmation email for the return.
3. Package your return in the 27 87 parcel to prevent damage in transit.
4. Done!

We have a 14-day, no-questions-asked, return policy. Naturally, we expect you to return your perfumes in the same condition you received them – unworn and unharmed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When receiving your return parcel with your perfume in the expected condition as described above, we start the reimbursement process immediately. Please allow 3-4 business days for return transfers to appear on your account.
